This month at Cosmoprof North America in Las Vegas, Energize Red Light Activator Serum was named an official Cosmoprof & Cosmopack North America Awards Finalist in Skin & Body Care Products and also a CosmoTrends Award winner. I am deeply grateful to the awards jury for that recognition, and to every editor and writer who stopped by our booth, asked hard questions, and took the time to understand what we built.
Launching a new product is an act of faith. You spend so much time on the formulation, the patents, the testing, the clearances and then you hand it to the industry and wait. This month, the industry answered. I want to say thank you properly, with a link to every piece so you can read their words for yourself.
WWD Beauty Inc: One of Five Standout Launches
I am so honored that WWD’s Beauty Inc chose Energize as one of five standout launches from the entire show floor, products that “highlighted some of the show’s biggest beauty trends.” Reporter Ryma Chikhoune wrote that Energize is “formulated to prepare skin cells to better respond to treatment” and “designed to help users see results faster than using red light alone.”
She also gave me the chance to explain, in my own words, why I created it: “What I wanted to do was enhance the light.” Thank you, Ryma, for listening so carefully.

MedEsthetics: A Description I Could Not Improve On
My sincere thanks to MedEsthetics, the publication for skin care professionals and medical spa practices, for covering Energize as “a patent-pending serum that primes the skin to convert light into visible renewal,” noting that it is “free of any oils, silicones, or residue that could interfere with red light absorption.”
Their summary of the mechanism says it better than I could have: “Energize primes your skin, so every second of red light exposure is actively working for you.”

The Beauty Industry Report: Grateful for the Trade’s Attention

Beauty Independent: In Very Good Company
For its No Stupid Questions series, Beauty Independent asked ten founders and executives at Cosmoprof North America whether they expect their businesses to grow in the second half of 2026, and why. It was a privilege to be included, and to share the page with founders whose work I respect.
I told them what I believe: “Growth, and I attribute it directly to our clinicals, not consumer perception surveys, which is what most of the industry means when it says ‘clinically proven.’” Full biometric studies with dermatologist evaluation. FDA 510(k) clearance on every device we make. That standard is a promise to you, not a boast.

A Thank You, and a Promise
The beauty industry produces thousands of launches a year, and editors see nearly all of them. When an independent jury and four publications choose to spend their limited pages on your work, that is not something a founder takes for granted. I don’t.
So thank you. To the awards jury. To the editors and writers named above. To the retailers and fellow founders who stopped by our booth in Las Vegas. And most of all, to the women who use our products, tell us what the mirror shows, and hold us to a high standard. You are the reason this company exists.
